By registering for the New Delhi Global Youth Summit 4.0, you agree to the following terms.

Registration

Registration is confirmed only on successful payment. Committee seats are assigned on a first-come basis and subject to availability.

Conduct

Delegates are expected to maintain decorum and follow the rules of procedure. The organisers may remove participants who violate the code of conduct.

Changes

The programme, speakers and schedule may change. We will communicate material changes by email.

New Delhi Global Youth Summit (NDGYS)

Organised by Social House Learning (Regd. under SMHM Services LLP) & Global Youth Summit (GYS)

1. Introduction

The New Delhi Global Youth Summit (NDGYS) is an international platform curated to empower young leaders through competitions, networking, and developmental opportunities. This is the flagship event, hosted and managed by Social House Learning (SHL), registered under SMHM Services LLP, and Global Youth Summit (GYS) and is governed by the terms outlined below.

By registering for the SHL Membership, and filling the participation form of NDGYS, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification, cancellation, or legal consequences.

2. Event Organization & Disclaimer

2.1 Official Host

Social House Learning (Regd. under SMHM Services LLP) & Global Youth Summit (GYS) is the sole organiser and administrator for all matters related to registration, fee collection, and management of NDGYS.

Any venue, institutional, or strategic partner involved in the Summit is only a hosting or supporting body and assumes no legal or financial liability.

2.2 Disclaimer of Liability

The Organisers assumes no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect harm, including:

  • Injuries, illness, or fatalities during travel or at the event.
  • Lost or damaged property, missed flights, or travel/visa issues.
  • Financial losses, personal disputes, or psychological distress during the event.

3. Registration, Fees, and Payments

3.1 Registration Confirmation

Upon successful payment, the SHL Membership becomes applicable till 1st August 2027 and the participant is eligible to take part in our flagship event i.e NDGYS’26.

Registration for the summit is confirmed only upon successfully filling the official participation form and making the payment for any competition.

The organiser reserves the right to deny access if the payment is incomplete or unverifiable.

3.2 Payment Instructions

Payments must be made in the specified currency and using the designated payment methods.

The participant (or their guardian, if a minor) is responsible for ensuring correct contact and payment details.

3.3 NDGYS Membership Voucher

Paid delegates may receive a complimentary NDGYS Membership Voucher via their registered email address following successful registration and payment verification.

The Membership Voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. The voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed by NDGYS.

NDGYS reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue the voucher or its associated benefits at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3.4 Team-Based Competitions

Certain competitions conducted as part of NDGYS are team-based events.

For competitions with a registration fee exceeding ₹2,000, the registration fee applies to the team as a whole and includes 2 to 5 participants, depending on the competition. Registration of additional participants beyond the permitted team size is not allowed unless expressly approved by NDGYS.

All competition registrations, participant eligibility, team composition, event administration, membership benefits, certificates, scheduling, refunds, and other operational matters are managed solely by NDGYS.

The venue, venue partner, host institution, sponsors, and any associated third parties are not responsible for the administration of registrations, participant eligibility, membership vouchers, competition policies, refunds, or any other decisions or actions taken by NDGYS.

3.5 Non-Refundability

All payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Personal withdrawal.
  • Visa rejections.
  • Travel cancellations.
  • Medical emergencies or other personal complications.

No refund, cancellation, or deferment requests will be entertained after registration.

3.6 No Transfers or Substitutions

Registrations are non-transferable and non-deferrable.

Substituting participants or changing slots is not allowed under any scenario.

3.7 Payment Disputes

Any dispute related to payment must be reported within seven (7) days of payment confirmation.

The Organiser will address and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

3.8 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges or result in cancellation of membership.

The organiser reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unpaid dues.

4. Travel, Accommodation, and Visas

4.1 Travel Arrangements

Participants are fully responsible for booking and managing their travel arrangements. For outstation delegates, they may get their arrangements made through us at a separate cost.

Delays, cancellations, or disruptions are not the organiser’s liability, in case arrangements are made on your own or in case of unavoidable circumstances if arrangements are made by the organisers.

4.2 Visa Responsibilities

All visa applications and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.

No refunds will be granted in the event of visa rejection or delay.

4.3 Accommodation

Accommodation (if arrangements are made by us) is offered on a sharing basis, subject to availability.

The organiser assumes no liability for theft, damages, or disputes with hotel facilities or third-party vendors.

5. Conduct, Compliance, and Legal Responsibility

5.1 Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully, professionally, and in compliance with all Indian laws and regulations.

Prohibited behaviors include (but are not limited to):

  • Harassment or discrimination.
  • Alcohol or drug use.
  • Offensive or disruptive conduct.

5.2 Disqualification & Expulsion

Any participant found in violation of the Code of Conduct will be immediately disqualified or removed, without refund.

Legal action may be initiated under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India depending on the severity of the matter.

5.3 Medical & Health Disclaimer

Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

The organiser assumes no responsibility for:

  • Pre-existing conditions.
  • Medical emergencies.
  • Travel or health insurance.

Participants are advised to procure their own health/travel insurance coverage.

6. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

6.1 Right to Modify

The organiser reserves the right to modify event details including, but not limited to:

  • Schedule, venue, facilitators, or content.

Participants will be notified of such changes within a reasonable timeframe.

6.2 Cancellation

The Summit may be cancelled or postponed due to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Pandemic/epidemic outbreaks.
  • Other uncontrollable circumstances.

In case of cancellation by the organiser, participants may receive a partial or full refund, subject to the Company’s discretion.

7. Legal Waiver & Indemnity

7.1 Assumption of Risk

By attending NDGYS, participants accept all associated risks including travel, health, and security-related events.

7.2 Indemnity Clause

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

  • Social House Learning (Regd. under SMHM Services LLP) & Global Youth Summit (GYS)
  • Any hosting or supporting partner
  • All employees, staff, and volunteers

from any legal claims, financial losses, or lawsuits arising due to their participation.

8. Media & Content Usage

By participating in NDGYS’26, participants grant the organiser the right to use, reproduce, and publish any photos, videos, recordings, from the event for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes.

Participants waive any rights to compensation or ownership over such content.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any legal disputes arising out of participation in NDGYS shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

10. Final Acknowledgement

By registering for the New Delhi Global Youth Summit, participants:

  • Confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions.
  • Confirm that they are registering either for themselves (if adult) or via a legal guardian/school representative (if minor).
  • Agree to follow all rules and accept decisions made by organisers and administrators as final.
  • Acknowledge that registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final. No exceptions will be granted under any personal or external circumstance.
  • Accept full responsibility for their or their team’s conduct, travel, safety and participation during the event.
